LOMEX AERONAUTICA is holding of two companies: Founded in 1977 to support offshore drilling, we have provided helicopter transportation for personnel and cargo to PETROLEOS MEXICANOS (PEMEX) for more than 47 consecutive years, with international experience primarily in South America (Peru & Bolivia). Our mission is to maximize safety, availability, and cost efficiency for operators whose missions demand reliable rotary-wing support. LOMEX AERONAUTICA (ASESA / AEROETA) operates and maintains a modern, mission-ready fleet. This geographic footprint enables rapid response to offshore energy corridors and inland industrial hubs, while common processes and shared tooling ensures consistent quality across bases. Crews and maintenance personnel are trained to stringent Mexican aviation standards and complete recurrent training withleading providers to sustain competence and safety. Our core service lines span Aircraft Operations, On-Demand Services, and Maintenance (MRO). Aircraft Operations cover offshore transportation, VIP services, Medevac, external load and cargo-hook operations, pipeline surveillance, and aerial photography/filming. On-Demand Services complement these missions with administration, traffic coordination, engineering oversight, and hungering/overnight services to keep aircraft mission-ready. The MRO division provides preventive and corrective maintenance with capabilities centered on the fleets we operate and support.
