Bourbon Guyana Inc. (BGU) is a local company registered in Guyana, which was incorporated on 24th April, 2019, and the Operations Office was inaugurated on 17th May, 2019 with attendance of local Stakeholders from the GCCI and Private Sector Commission, presently working from our Operational & Registered Office at 130 BB, First Street, Eccles, East Bank Demerara, Guyana.

On 3rd April 2023 a Joint Venture was completed between BOURBON MARINE & LOGISTICS and TETHYS MARINE LOGISTICS SERVICES INC, resulting in a change of Ownership from the 100% BOURBON MARINE & LOGISTICS reduced to only 49% and with Guyanese company TETHYS MARINE LOGISTICS SERVICES becoming 51% Owners of BGU. BGU provides Offshore Support Vessels to the Oil & Gas Industry inclusive of Exxon Mobil, & SAIPEM.
