We are developing an Oil and Gas Port in Versailles, West Bank Demerara. Our goal is to facilitate the needs of the growing Oil and Gas Industry. We Intend to ease the congestion found in the nation’s ports and allow smoother access for vessels to dock, refuel, load and unload cargo and make operations structured and efficient.  

  The key features of our port Include: 

7 berths of 100 meters each 

6 Contiguous Berthing areas of 620m  

Port Draft of 9 meters at Low Tide.  

Engineered for 10 ton per square meter on all berths and supporting land. 

Heavy Lift area of 25 tons per square meter available at each berth.  

Total Port land area of 62 acres. 

300 acres of additional land for port infrastructure (1 metre away)  

Port located one mile from Demerara River Bridge  

Availability of fabrication yard, open storage, warehouses, waste management and tanking. 

Barge loading and unloading facilities.  

Tug Service, Bonded area and onsite customs.
