Josh Loftus, Director of EY Energy Markets Group, highlighted that securing financing for major energy projects ultimately depends on effective risk management, strong stakeholder alignment, regulatory certainty, and commercially competitive projects.
He also noted that Guyana’s low-cost and competitive energy potential continues to position the country as an attractive destination for investment within the global energy landscape.
