At the 2026 Guyana Energy Conference & Supply Chain Expo Youth Forum, the Minister of Natural Resources encouraged young people to explore careers in Guyana’s growing natural resources sector through the “Youths in Natural Resources” apprenticeship programme, which provides training and exposure to mining, forestry, agriculture, and oil & gas opportunities across the country.
